Hamish Tonkin is the Head of Automation at Virgin Media O2. Before he was acting as Head of Robotic Process Automation and Machine Learning at enterprise insurance provider MS Amlin. He has broad industry experience ranging from government, defence, public sector to retail and investment banking, insurance to radio and television broadcasting as well as lengthy experience in being a technical team leader, and global enterprise architect governing small and large sized teams of engineers and designers. Hamish brings over 20 years experience working for FTSE100 Blue Chip companies in different industries taking disciplines within IT that include strategy and innovation, enterprise architecture, voice & data communications, semantic web enablement, and agile application development.
