Agnieszka has been driving strategic robotics agenda for Nordea Group enabling all business units to run their transformation agenda with focus on servicing the bank’s growing client base. Agnieszka with her management team created governance and methodology around RPA together with establishing operational delivery center.

Since the beginning of Agnieszka's career she was enrolled with BPO/SSC and banking sector where she was leading several different global complex units handling finance, retail banking and AML operations.

Her main focus has always been people development, operational excellence, transformation (E2E process redesign, centralisation, automation).
